Managing 23 different banners, 161 points of sale (including subsidiaries and franchises) and coordinating the activities of over 4,000 employees requires solid organization and rigor.

For the past 4 years, PROSUMA has been approved by the Fonds de Développement de la Formation Professionnelle (FDFP) to provide vocational training in the technical areas of our core business (wine, charcuterie, creamery, fruit and vegetables, fish).
