PROSUMA LAUNCHES ITS LOYALTY CARD!
Leading group in retail distribution in Ivory Coast, Prosuma announces the launch of its Loyalty Card. A strengthening of the proximity between Prosuma and its customers.
As a new loyalty lever, this card allows the Prosuma Group to increase the attractiveness of its banners by offering loyalty card holders exclusive benefits.
The Loyalty Card can be used in all stores of Hayat, Casino, Sococé, Cash Center, Casino Mandarine and Jour de Marché, participating in the Loyalty Program (hereinafter annexed the list of stores), as well as on the website www.yaatoo.ci.
A free Loyalty Card accessible to all.
Accessible to all private customers over the age of 18 and professionals, the Prosuma Loyalty Card is free and without obligation to purchase.
To join the Prosuma Loyalty Program and obtain the Loyalty Card, the customer must complete the membership form, available from the hostess of the store, and agree to provide the mandatory information required to create his account and activate his card, including his name, first name, address, telephone number and / or a valid email.
Other optional information may be requested from the holder and allow Prosuma to send him offers tailored to his profile.
The holder can use his Loyalty Card immediately upon activation and enjoy its benefits.
A clear, simple and generous Loyalty Program for its customers.
Upon activation, the Loyalty Card allows its holder, upon presentation at the checkout of his card during his purchases, to accumulate loyalty points on a selection of items posted in stores and / or promotional flyers.
The loyalty points acquired have a financial value: 1 point = 10 XOF.
The money accumulated on the Loyalty Card can be spent the day after they are obtained, entirely, partially or not at all when cashiered, in all stores participating in the Loyalty Program.
Warning: the points accumulated on www.yaatoo.ci can not be used on the website. The customer may nevertheless go to any other store participating in the program to use his points.
The Loyalty Card does not have a validity date, nor the accumulation of points. The holder can therefore use his Loyalty Card at his leisure to make small daily savings or accumulate a large number of points before using them.
A new Loyalty Card website
In parallel with its Loyalty Card, the Prosuma Group will launch in the next few weeks a new website dedicated to its loyalty customers : www.macarteprosuma.ci
Customers will be able to find all the Loyalty offers in store and practical information on their favorite stores. They will also have access to a personal space on which they will be able to consult the number of points accumulated on their loyalty account and their value in FCFA.
